Which Rule 5 elections have the best chance of sticking to the list of their new team? Part 1 – just a baseball

I am struggling with how to feel about this choice. On the one hand, the gauze are in a similar position of White Sox – they have no reason not to give their man of rule 5 every chance of sticking.

Hicks, however, is a hunter. To put it simply, it is much more difficult to hide a hunter than a pitcher at the back of your list of 26 people. In addition, this particular hunter comes with serious questions about his protection.

If the marlin wants to keep him and if he wants him to catch, he will have to be their backup hunter in 2025. This will lead to the beginning between 30 and 50 games. This is a lot to ask for such an inexperienced young player. More importantly, it may not be what is best for their young staff.

On the other hand, Miami’s insult seems so thin at the moment that Hicks may be able to carve his role as the first founder/DH (and a random hunter). He will not hit for very much Every force, but its plus contact skills and discipline of the plates, helped him to publish well above the average offensive numbers in minors. If he struck well enough, he could stick to the list, even if he was not an ordinary hunter.

In the end, I think Hicks has a good shot to continue the season with Marlins, simply because the team has so little hope to compete and so few other options. If he actually manages to be a productive associate? Even better.
