NFL Career of Chip Kelly

Chip Kelly began her coaching career in 1990 with the Colombian lions and had to wait 23 years to receive his first shot in NFL. However, this was not like a coordinator. The Philadelphia Eagles hired him to be their new head coach after dismissing Andy Reed after 4-12 season in 2012.

During her first year, Kelly turned the tide of the team, bringing them to a record of 10-6 and a division title. They lost 26-24 in the Wildcard circle to the saints in New Orleans, but the future seemed bright for Philadelphia. However, they finished 10-6 next year, although they participated in two different starting defenders for eight games, but failed to reach the playoffs.

The wheels came out in Kelly’s third season with a franchise. They struggled to repeat the shape of the previous two campaigns and were 6-9 after 15 games. The Eagles fired him before the final match of the season, ending his first stay as NFL’s head coach.

He didn’t have to wait long for his next shot. In the non -season 2016, San Francisco 49ers hired him to be their main coach, replacing Jim Tomsula, who lasted only one season in work. Kelly would meet the same fate as the franchise fired him after the team finished 2-14.

He spent a year as a college football analyst at ESPN before returning to Coaching. Nine years since her last job at NFL, Kelly returns to the Raiders League, hoping to continue longer than he did the last time.
