Lubbock, tx – A pedestrian, who was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle on 50th street in Central Lyubok on Saturday night, January 1, died, according to LPD.

Police said the 44 -year -old Ernest Ubal was south in a 1200 block on the 50th street when he was hit by a passenger car to the west, driven by Eric Wales, 46.

According to police, UBAL has suffered serious injuries to the clash from 20:47 and has been transported to the University Medical Center.

Unfortunately, Ubal died of his injuries around 3am in the hospital in the morning.

The incident remains in the process of investigation.

Lubbock, tx – The pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle on the 50th street in Lubbok on Saturday night.

According to the Lubbock Police Department, the pedestrian incident happened around 8:47 pm on January 1 in the 1200 block on the 50th street.

Authorities said the pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle and suffered serious injuries. The patient was transported to the University Medical Center through EMS for medical treatment.

No further details were provided on the accident.
