A man seriously wounded after attack by “several dogs” in Talahasi – WCTV

Tallahasee, Florida (WCTV) – A person has suffered serious injuries after being attacked by several dogs in Talahasi on Sunday morning, according to a Facebook post by the Talahasi Police Department.

According to the post, the officers were summoned to southern Lipon Road near Jackson Bluff Road shortly before 11:30 on Sunday on an animal attack.

The TPD wrote in a Facebook publication when officers arrived, they found that the man had serious injuries “by a bit of a few dogs”, but it is expected that the wounded man would experience his injuries.

Police continued to say that witnesses who saw the attack, described, seeing 4 to 5 dogs, and the dogs ran before the officers reached the scene.

Around 1:00 pm, call the police if they saw a free dog.

TPD also asked people to be aware of the surroundings on Sunday afternoon, especially with the marathon of the capital, which is happening in the area.

Later on Sunday afternoon, TPD provided an update that says all dogs associated with this incident were caught.

It is not known what type of dog breed participated in this incident.

TPD also asks you to call (850) 891-4200 if you see any loose or aggressive dogs.
