One question I often ask readers is how we decide which stories to write or what events to cover. There is no simple answer.

In many cases, we leave the trends in the past readership to lead our decision -making. We have analyzes that tell us in real time what stories you read online and regularly view historical data to look for trends.

For example, I recently wrote about how you like to read about food and dining, time, growth and development, among other problems. So we publish many stories on these topics.

In other cases, we look at what people in the community are talking about – whether it is people who speak at a meeting of local self -government or something that is being talked about in social media.

And then there are those moments when a really good story appears and you just know it when you see it. Today’s cover of Margaret Carey is one of those times.

We heard that Kerry, the original inspiration for the animated Tinker Bell, lived in the area. So we just had to follow it for history.

The story of the reporter Savana Tenenov emphasizes what Kerry does – and Tinker Bell – special. Reading the story, I felt a sense of wonder and joy.

Maybe that’s because I loved Peter Pan’s story as a child. And I still feel the excitement when I watch the movie “Cook”.

Whatever the reason, I gladly learned more about Kerry. The story notes that Kerry’s love for adventures and laughter continues to shine and that she plans to continue to have fun as long as she can.

All we need is a little faith, trust and pixie powder.
