“This is the right time of the year for this,” Trenton coach Chad Clements said after the victories. “We hope we can take these victories and turn them into playoffs. We only have four games left so we hope that we can take that moment and build on it. “

While the Friday night win was a clean victory in general, Saturday was not so smooth for Trenton, as the teams were almost fired in a game in a game that ended 26-24 with shots in favor of Escanab.
