Florida owner Jamie Arnold could not feel better than this year.

Arnold remains active after the Seminoles College World Series.

He headed for Team USA in the summer and enjoyed a successful autumn season in FSU. He is looking forward to bringing Seminols to another CWS running as he enters his junior year.

“I was quite diligent with my work in this extra -season. I think I put more into it than last year. So knowing that I have to come back, feeling healthy, I somehow make sure that,” Arnold said.

“So right now I’m feeling good. I feel better than last porselon, which is a nice thing. So, let me continue it.”

Arnold had an elite sophomore.

He was the first American first team with 159 penalties and 13 wins. It is also planned to be the first round in the MLB draft.

With the confessions and high expectations, Arnold focuses on preparing for the FSU opening season against James Madison on Friday, February 14, at 5 pm at Dick Hauser Stadium.

“It’s cool to have all these things, but at the moment it doesn’t mean anything. So I just look at it that way and I just realize that if I do what I can do every day, the good things will come,” said Arnold.

“So I don’t worry too much about all this and I know I have a whole season. So this is something we will have right now.”

What Improve Jamie Arnold during the out -of -season period

One of Arnold’s extra -season improvements was the development of third terrain (shift) to walk with its Fastball and slider.

“So it was difficult, trying to commit to where it started and what else,” Arnold said.

“But it is comfortable right now and I have a good feeling about it in the area. So if I can keep it there, then I think it will be good.”

FSU Link Jarrett’s coach believes Arnold’s maturity has improved since last year. During his press conference, he mentioned that the consistency with his change would raise his game.

“Jamie is dynamic and continues to mature and grow into the art of what he does to the mound,” Jarrett said.

“I think the change will help him with the hope of adding the terrain that he will use a lot of amount, which allows him to still match the other two that made him be in the conversation.”

Arnold’s maturity extends beyond his presentation of the mound. While he still loves the game, he sees things differently outside her.

“I think I’m just growing up, maturing a lot and it’s just the biggest thing for me,” Arnold said. “And only realizing that there is a life outside the baseball and grows in this part of our lives.”

Jamie Arnold is excited about FSU defense this season

Arnold is quiet and goes back when it’s not on the diamond. When he is at the mound, he is a completely different person, according to his teammate, and the returning outfield and lead Max Williams dough. Williams regarded it as a racing and said he would do everything he needed to win.

“He’s a great dude on the field, but he’s even more competitor,” Williams said.

“He is a really cool man because when you see him on the pitch, he is easy and one of the most calm guys you will see, though he is on the mountain. He is a competitor as he wants to win. He is a killer. He wants To win more than anything.

FSU Batting is doubtful after the loss of James Tibs, Kam Smith, Marco Dings and Jaime Ferrer. However, he is confident that the defense will compensate him, including hunter Jackson West, as Arnold explained.

“It is great to feel like a pitcher to understand that you have the boys behind you, however, to support it,” Arnold said.

“And Jackson, behind the plate, was just improving every day. He enters and works hard, and he’s someone I want behind the plate, grabs me.” I know that if I feel down, he always has something to take me to take me up, so that’s what you need. “
