Akron (Oh.) Hoban 2027 Linebacker Brayton Feister just begins the process of immersing his fingers of his recruitment, but he already has an idea of what he wants in college.
Feister, 6 feet, 230 pounds, puts an emphasis on the school that will best develop it so that he can realize his dream of playing at the next level.
And he already has many options on the table such as offers from West Virginia, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Missouri, Indiana, Cincinnati and Maryland.
The offer from the mountaineers came after a conversation with Defense Assistant and Coordinator of Special Teams Pat Kirkland.
“The coaches are great people. I enjoyed the conversation we had, “he said.
Feister does not know much about the Western Virginia at this early stage of the process, but looks forward to finding out a lot more as it continues to develop. But the offer is the one that is important to him for one main reason.
“It means a lot. It just shows the work I put in is paid, “he said.
Feister plans to visit Morgantown, but at this stage he is still in the process of arranging all his trips and where he will see everything he will see in the coming weeks and months.
A two-way athlete at the high school level, Faister is coming out of a season in which he rushed to over 2000 yards and 28 touchdowns, but gets the most interest from the defense party in the linear player.
“Schools like me from the protective side, but in general I would say that I am an athlete. I can play where necessary, “Faister said.
