Reno, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) – Four Renault’s business past Mill St. They will be closed or already closed through a prominent domain due to the upcoming RTC extension project in the area.
The mill and safety project of the mill, which extends from the terminal road to Kietzke Lane, is due to start construction as early as April 2025. According to the RTC, the project involves expanding the road, underground utilities and improving ADA.
To comply with these enhancements, four businesses are forced to move or close: Bulldog sales, Robert Allen Pools & Spas, Wienerschnitzel and Cocina Mexicana on Chavelita.
RTC monitors acquisitions and relocation. A spokesman said they were committed to ensuring that property owners and businesses were treated fairly. The process is carried out in accordance with the Single Aid Act for relocation and real estate acquisition policies of 1970, which includes relocation, consultative assistance and restoration of displaced persons and enterprises.
