Fantasy Impact:
It’s definitely not what you were hoping for; every one of us was hoping to see in his first game…especially when some of us really had to convince ourselves to believe in his potential to push him as high as we could knowing what he would be capable of going into the season healthy and stay healthy. However, the season is young and he usually needs a few games to settle before he starts to flourish. The concern is when it starts, will it last and how long do we have to keep it so we don’t use it and deprive ourselves of other options in between the times it ramps up…aka between its questionable health tendencies…yeah , that sentence is a little wordy for some reason… I’m not going to fail this season, but I have to let you know that this is what we’re dealing with. Outside of that, focus on his 18.0 points, 6.5 assists, 1.3 steals, 2.3 threes made on 6.2 attempts and 2.6 free throws made on 3.1 attempts per game last season… my friends we are happy with our decision RELAX. He expects a solid matchup against the Pistons that could jumpstart his rise.
