While old Dominion added many major and Fortune 500 corporate headquarters this century, Maryland was a loser in all these competitions. Among those who choose Virginia over Maryland were Northrop Grumman, Nestle, Intelsat, Lidl, Gerber, Volkswagen, Amazon and Hilton Hotels. Here, only in Montgomery County, our selected employees have failed to attract any major corporate headquarters for over 25 years.
