Seattle – Seattle Marinors has reached an agreement on an infiltrated deal with Infilder Jorge Polanko to return to the team for the 2025 season, according to numerous reports.
For the first time, reported by Ken Rosental of Athletic, the Polank deal costs $ 7.75 with an option to acquire for a second year based on the plates.
The plan is to play Polanco on a third base, according to reports. Polanko played a second base for Seattle, mostly last year.
The Marinians acquired Polanco in trade with the twins in Minnesota last year, believing that it would be their decision for the second base place.
However, the injuries have limited Polanco’s availability and effectiveness. Polanko struck .213 with 11 pairs and 16 home tracks with 45 RBI in 118 games played. Polanko had surgery after the season to deal with the problem of the tendon of the patella with his knee.
