On Monday, the hospitality of Wind Creek, owned by the Creek Indians Poarch Group, announced an agreement with the Birmingham racing course and the casino owners, McGregor’s family to acquire

The plan is to improve the game and entertainment options to Magic City while maintaining current horse racing games at the facility.
The agreement is expected to be finalized in early 2025.
