On February 12, police were called for a home dispute at the Grady Crescent Residence near Bainbridge Commons apartments. At the scene, police discovered 40-year-old Martario Gi lies unanswered on the sidewalk.
Gay was declared dead at a common hospital in Norfolk and autopsy revealed that he was shot once in the back.
Johnson was inside the residence when police arrived to investigate. A forensic survey on her phone revealed a video of her and gay spores before her call 911, which was interrupted, employees say. She called and said the police were not necessary as the victim was no longer there.
The footage of the door from the residence showed the victim to leave his home and move away from the view. Moments later, she captured Johnson, pointing a gun in his direction and firing, the press release said.
A single body was found outside her residence, detectives determine.
