Numerous videos, filmed within a few hours on December 22, seem to show Benson in Wolfe’s apartment the night he was killed, carrying various kits of clothing, and erased blood, according to the North Las Vegas Police Department and Clark District prosecutors. Benson was accused of shooting and murder of Wolfe, 33 years old, just days before Christmas at his residence in 100 block on East Rome Boulevard near Centennial Parkway. Benson’s father, who said Wolfe’s body, allegedly, called the police and told them that Benson wanted to turn to fatal firing. Benson, who was on a probationary period to attempt to condemn robbery at that time, was removed and appointed on murder and weapons charges.
“He shot her while she lay on the ground. In the fetus position behind the ear, “says Tracy Coleman, Wolfe’s mother, in an interview with a class last month. “What does this tell you?”
Michel Job, Chief Deputy District Prosecutor of Clark County, said Benson claims that the shooting had been carried out in self-defense and that Wolfe had attacked him that evening. “He claims there was a struggle and the gun came out,” Job said in Benson’s arrangement in December for class.
The incident happened after Benson claims he told Wolfe’s mother that he would take her home and “care for her” after a family festive party.
“Please take my daughter at home,” recalls Coleman, who told Benson in an interview with Las Vegas Review-Journal.
“I’ll go home,” Benson said as he was running Coleman to her car on Saturday night.
“I’ll take care of her, I promise,” Benson said.

Wolfe’s family told the review journal that they never expected Benson to do something like that, as he went to them as a caring and loving boyfriend in interactions with her and them.
“He really makes you trust him,” Coleman said, adding that Benson has always checked for Wolfe and went down to his work to see her.
“So he took care of her,” Coleman said.
Wolfe’s family is reported to be in the court of justice in North Las Vegas for each of Benson’s performances.
In his decision, between Wolfe’s family and Benson’s relatives, a physical confrontation and a battle broke out, leading to Wolfe’s father, a former Las Vegas police officer, to be detained by cops in handcuffs. The battle happened after Wolfe’s father claims to have been accused of a man identified by local media as Benson’s brother who mocked Wolfe’s family in court, according to Coleman and others. No one was accused of the incident.
Benson remains behind bars as he was denied Bond because he has preliminary sentences that include home invasion and an attempt at robbery, which led to the probation in November.
His next court appearance is scheduled for February 6th.
