The indictment alleges that on October 6, 2024, Barnard distributed a mixture of fentanyl and methamphetamine. In addition, the indictment alleges that Barnard has spread 50 grams or more methamphetamine. Finally, the accusation claims that on December 6, 2024, Barnard owned 500 grams or more methamphetamine and 40 grams or more fentanyl, all intended for distribution.
