Renato Moakano really admires his colleague Brazilian fighter and UFC veteran Gilbert Burns. Moicano is part of the podcast “Show Me Money” with Burns, and they both, along with Matta Bets, have created some of the most enchanted episodes in the whole MMA subculture. The light fighter has already accumulated praise for burns, calling it a “Clever politician“.
Moicano believes that after the Brazilian harm hangs his gloves, he will make a great manager, thanks to his deep understanding of the game of fighting and the opportunity to connect with almost everyone in the industry. Burns has been in the UFC for a long time and during his term at the company he has never had beef with anyone online or offline.
During the episode of their podcast, Moicano and Burns discussed the amount made by a PFL fighter compared to the UFC. When Moicano asked for details, Burns claims that the forgetting that Moicano did not buy. Then he continued to add,
“But you know about the numbers, you are Gilbert burned my brother. This person will surely be a manager. Because this mothers ** cker knows the game, my brother. He knows everyone, he talks to everyone, he is a good politician. Everyone loves Gilberto Burns. “
Although it was obvious that Moisano just pulls Burns’ legs, there may still be some truth in what he said. Burns is run by Ali Abdelaziz, who is probably the most powerful and influential manager in the game.
Abdelaziz is well known for his relationships and his ability to sign some of the biggest names on the MMA scene of his management company. It is not out of the sphere of the possibility that Burns has taken a few tricks along the way, some who may have even betrayed it to Moicano.

Known for its engaging and frank behavior, Moicano captivated the audience both inside and outside the octagon. His candid interviews and the unique perspective have resonated with fans, reinforcing his status as a favorite figure in the MMA community.
However, this was not always the case. A few years ago, he could not sew a triumphant series long enough to be considered a serious fighter with ambitions for the title. So far, he has been in the UFC for about 8 years, but there is hardly talking.
But then he joined Burns for a podcast and something just clicked. He impressed the audience. His serious nature, and never died, were a bonus that helped to raise his profile. It was complemented by a winning series of 4 fights, which eventually ended in a battle with the UFC 311 title.
Of course, this didn’t work out the way he wanted, but a few years ago it seemed impossible even if he was in the conversation about the title. And now he is fighting some of the largest rising stars in the light division and we hope he can reach the top again.
