A Cuban woman living in hyaliah was stunned and disappointed after a compatriot rejecting a job proposal because she was far away and had no vehicle.
The post was shared by Tiktok by Janet Cairo in her profile @janetcairo, who told the unusual incident through video.
The Cuban woman explains that a few days ago a young woman contacted her through social media, looking for a job. In response, Janet gave her her phone number and mentioned work at Hialeah during the conversation. However, the reaction of the woman looking for the job, however, surprised her.
“She just told me that she was living in the Hyallea gardens, that she was not driving and that since there was no transport, she would not take the job.”
To her astonishment, Janet said, “We need to normalize bus work,” thinking about how important it is to take advantage of the opportunities, not just put obstacles to reject the job offer just because you do not have a personal personal means of transport.

The publication generates a dispute on social media for both consumers and consumers, many of whom have raised the need to adapt to situations to progress.
However, some have supported the young woman who refused work by arguing that public transport opportunities in certain Florida parts can be complex and ineffective.
These scenarios emphasize the difficulties that many Cuban immigrants face in the United States, where the presence of transport and the different attitude towards hard work and independence can affect mobility and access to employment.
