The judge rejects the trial of the Texas cardiologist – a cardiovascular business

A lawsuit accusing the intervention cardiologist Ricardo Cigarroa, D -R, for working with other healthcare providers, in order to intervene in an effort to recruit a doctor has been rejected by prejudice.

The Laredo Morning Times was first reported to the update. The case dates back to 2021, when a pair of hospitals in Laredo, Texas, brought the original case against Cigarroa. The two hospitals, a hospital for Larendo doctors and the group of doctors in Laredo, claim that Cigarroa “has entered into a conspiracy” with the heart and the Cigarroa Vascular Institute and Laredo Medical Center in order to prevent new cardiologists from moving to the area.

In their court case, the plaintiffs said that Laredo had less cardiologists than should be adequately taken care of by his entire population, especially as regards intervention cardiologists. It is alleged that Cigarroa felt restless from the idea of competition that enters the area and issued personal threats to potential recruits.

At that time, Cigarroa fired back, saying that doctors Hospital Laredo and Laredo Physicians Group “take more care of their bottoms than our inhabitants.” Now, according to Laredo Morning Times update, the case has been rejected with prejudice. US District Court Judge Xavier Rodriguez of the Western District of Texas in the San Antonio Division signed the decision.
