Elon Musk says that “Tesla’s unsupported self -government begins,” but as usual with the statements of the Executive Director of Self -Government, it is just a “corporate down”.

Tesla has released a video presenting that its vehicles coming out of Fremont Factory can now move to freight transport docks:

I will not lie. I don’t want to hate this because I think it’s pretty cool. It’s just not what has been promised for years.

Literally Elon Musk said Tesla would do without driving driving by the end of 2018. This has never happened. He then said that by the end of every year of 2020, Tesla would allow for unsupported self -driving in Tesla’s vehicles. This has never happened either.

And now he has retained the video above, claiming that he “begins” unsupported self -government.

Tesla’s vehicles in this video drive 1.2 miles on private roads with low speeds around the factory. This is nothing more than what Tesla demonstrates on the private roads of Warner Bros’s studio with Robotaxi last year.

This is obviously not the “beginning of genuine self -government”, or at least not the way Musk has promised Tesla FSD owners for years.

Musk’s last time line is “A fixed self -government in California and Texas around Q2 2025.”

Again, I think it’s cool. This is a fun and effective way to transport vehicles to freight docks, but that’s why.

Anyone who has used FSD should know that this is no more impressive than FSD, and FSD is still years old from being ready to be unattended.

I strongly believe that if FSD is developed in a vacuum without the comments of Elon and Tesla, which sells it as a package of future superstructures, people will celebrate FSD has a great program. Instead, it becomes a joke.

You have an Elon to claim that this is the “beginning of unsupported self -government” and Ashok Elusmeni, the Tesla FSD leader, added: “Only a matter of time before rolling through public roads.”

Yes, a matter of time. For a long time, as you sell this package to people who promise it will happen by the end of the year.
