January in Sioux Falls means only one thing … Burger Battle! This year’s battle of the center of Sioux Falls Burger is quite intense. A new record for 39 spicy burgers from Sioux Falls local restaurants are looking for your stomachs and voices.
As for the burgers, there is definitely one for everyone, especially in Sioux Falls! Sponsored by Poet, the 12th annual center of Sioux Falls Bortle Battle includes burgers residents where their teeth can sink. There are only three days left to try all 39 Sioux Falls Burger Records this year!
No matter how many burgers are part of this year’s battle in the center of Sioux Falls Burger, it is difficult to decide which burgers to try. This will probably be my last burger this year’s friendly competition. But everything is in support of local Sioux Falls restaurants, like Wylie’s bar. Meeting “WCB” burger!
According to a previous article by my associate Jeff Harkness, “WCB” burger From the Wylie’s Bar “is an infusion of two chorizo and beef enchanted patties. Piper Jack cheese, fresh inner pico de Galo, too easy fried egg, fried corn tortillas and ach lime aol Toast Brios Cock!

My husband and I made a trip to the Wylie’s bar for some brunch and we knew we should try “WCB” burger. This burger was a great eating and was full of scents. A small problem I had: I couldn’t really try too much a lied fried egg. I feel that the chorizo and the beef Smash Patties overcome everything else on the burger. I like all the ingredients of a burger, but not all together.
Despite my opinion, I think this burger was solid. Next time I’ll split this burger with my husband!
