OrangeBurg, SC (WCSC)-South Carolina Highway Patrol says the description of a car involved in strikes in Orangeburg County has led to arrest.
Lance CPL. Brittany Glover has announced that a suspect is in custody regarding the fatal auto-singer crash, in which the 2014-2017 model driver White Infiniti Q-50 escapes from the scene.
This crash happened around 11pm Sunday, but it was announced by nearly 8am on Monday. Ricky Jamison, 62 -year -old from Orangeburg, was declared dead in the place of this crash.
The Infiniti driver was traveling south along the Belleville Road in Cherry Lane when they hit the victim.
The driver continued to head south to Kesten Street, according to Glover.
The troops released details on Tuesday describing the vehicle, stating that there would be damage from the front side of the car.
The troops have not yet released the name of the suspects who have arrested or any details about the investigation and what information made them make this arrest.
