After the successful opening of Bines in Phoenix in 2023, Gilbert restaurant celebrates second place in the Maricopa County, further expanding the Nick Greek Western US print.
“The prevailing response to our Phoenix location motivates us to bring our love to Greek cuisine to even more communities in Arizona,” Baines said. “Our goal is to provide an eating experience, which is not only fragrant but also unforgettable, and we are excited to represent Nick Greek in the Gilbert Community.”
Established in 2014 by Cousins Big Nick, Little Nick and Baby Nick Tsigaris – all baptized their grandfather in Greek tradition – Greek Greek satisfies the desire for a healthy, aromatic and authentic Greek cuisine in a quick accidental environment without compromising quality. Attracting two generations of restaurant entrepreneurship and countless visits to Greece, the menu inspired by street food.
