Are you ready to enter the arena? The Center for Entrepreneurship at Arthur L. Erving at St. Mary University hosts its fifth annual field competition, bringing together 64 of the brightest student entrepreneurs in Canada to show high bets. The Arena Pitch competition is a race after average showing a variety of business ideas throughout March! Modified after the NCAA March Madness Basketball Competition, 64 student entrepreneurs from all over Canada will be selected to compete with head in brackets as they seek to be declared the best in the country.

This is your chance to shine as you fight for glory, with each round approaching you one step to win with a great prize of $ 10,000! Get ready to sharpen these skills with exceptional development sessions, preparing you for an epic month of intense, exciting competition. And the best part? You can catch any electrifying live moment on social media platforms. Are you ready to bring your A-game and ask for your place as the best champion?

Rewards

The prize money will be invested for the idea or business of the best student entrepreneur with a total cash awards of $ 17,000 provided by Metronomics.

• $ 10,000 for the winner
• $ 5,000 for the runner -up
• $ 1,000 each for the third and fourth place

Eligibility

• The applicant should be a student who is currently studying or recently graduated with a recognized post-second institution (a bachelor who graduated from students and graduates (within one year of graduation).
• Must be the owner or part of the business idea owner.
• Has not generated more than $ 10,000 annual revenue in business.
• Has not received more than $ 10,000 through external support or investment (although investors or other competitions)

Application

Once selected, the students will be provided with the date and time of the pitch, the previous section of the terrain and a list of questions that will be randomly raised during presentation. Participants’ development sessions will be provided to prepare them for their monthly battle to win.
