The Fremont Arts Association is pleased to present Elizabeth Addison, a visual artist, curator and teacher, at its virtual general assembly and demonstration of art on Wednesday, February 5th.
Addison is a fruitful artist whose multidisciplinary practice covers print, mixed media, digital media and immersive installation. Addison’s creations are born of the rapprochement of her artistic and scientific origin and sensitivity and are deeply rooted in the natural world.
While the local flora and waterways in California are the main sources of exam and inspiration for Adison, it is just as passionate about social justice and environmental justice.
In its demonstration “Ink and Flow: Study of Nature through the Creative Process” Addison will focus on how it conceptualizes, plans and craft sizes and sculptural works, using print techniques, digital composition and mixed media.
Addison is the residence of the artist at the Art Institute of Kala, Chairman of the Exhibition Chairman of the Women’s Coach (NCWCA), the creative director of the hereditary project of Bay Area Women Artists and she has participated with many other art organizations.
