Santa Fe province applies a public work plan of $ 300 million

The province of Santa Fe from Argentina is moving forward with an infrastructure plan of $ 300 million for the city of Rosario.

The plan is fully funded by the province, as the federal government has frozen the financing of public affairs.

“There is not a single peso here from the national government. The people of Santa Fe are those who implement this program for working with their taxes and good administration, “said Provincial Minister of Public Professionals Lisandro Enrico during the opening ceremony of the offer to repair 23.9 billion peso (22.8 million dollars) per park.

The projects in the Rosario 2023-27 program, which are under construction, include:

-Extension of the Rosario-Santa Fe highway, the Rosario-San Lorenzo section (41.5 billion peso): The work that began on January 6th. The contract, awarded for posing, involves the expansion of a 16-kilometer section between Beltway to access Rosario and the neighboring city of San Lorenzo. Construction is expected to take 12 months.

– Reconstruction of Jorge Newberry Avenue (45.5 billion peso): The work started in July and is 48% completed, Enrico said. The contract was entrusted to a joint venture including Edeca, Rava and Laromet, and includes a refund of 4.42 km of section as a two lane road, as well as a new bridge over the Ludin section.

-Renovation of Ayachacho (15.5 billion peso): The works began on January 6th. It includes the restoration of 1.75 km of Avenue and its two -way conversion.

Santa Fa plans to invest about $ 1 billion for public work this year, mainly due to the abbreviations of federal funding.

Governor Maximiliano Palaro criticizes President Javier Miley for freezing infrastructure financing and suggested that the government can at least transfer some national routes to the provinces so that they could support.
