The organizers of the festival asked the city to extend the deadline on December 31 to announce the composition of the festival and ticket sales as part of several conditions to support the city financially after it was abruptly postponed from last October to April, just hours after April Tickets were put on sale.
City authorities had said they had been blinded when the festival announced the postponement of the festival less than a month before it was held in October.
The city then said that they would need more salient assurances before all future festivals, including when the event will be held, a list of contractors and other information. The city imposed conditions for its future financial support at the festival. They included:

*Declaration of line and ticket sales before December 31, 2024
*Inclusion of payback payments and/or liquidated damage to provide the city with additional assurances to fulfill expectations
*City termination rights in case expectations or deadlines are not met
