Recognizing the financial challenges that this may impose, the city offers payment plans to ensure flexibility and ease additional fees for residents.
View Payment Plan
Residents who enroll in a payment plan will avoid late fees and additional fees, provided that the bill is paid in full before the next billing cycle. Two options are available:
- Short -term payment plan: Distribute the account for a few days or weeks.
- Extended payment plan: Distribute payments for weeks or months.
Steps to create a payment plan
- Review your account: Before setting a payment plan, carefully examine your utility account, marking the overall balance, maturity date and all unpaid amounts.
- Determine your plan: Solve the structure of your payment plan, including the initial payment amount and the dates for the next payments.
- Complete the form: Complete the payment appointment form Related to the city’s website. The city staff will check the details to create a personalized plan that meets your needs.
Options for Agreement and Payment
After completing the form:
- Agreement: The city will send an email to an agreement document on your review and signature. For those without access to email, you can visit the City Hall in person to finalize the agreement.

- Check the payments:
- Visit the City Hall to make payments in person during working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 16:30.
