If there is one thing we know about the Treasure Valley, it is that we absolutely love and adore local business. Sometimes we have to announce that the local business is closing-but today we were excited to announce that a whole new local business is opening and it is already becoming a favorite of fans.

There is a lot of overwhelming joints from late. The burgers seem to have gotten in front and center when the first (and now second) in-n-out locations began to open.

Idaho seems to love the popular burger chain-but we know that it is the local burger joints that do it best.

Their menu has all kinds of creatively built burgers and they will even allow you to build your own. Expect tons of aroma from their seasoned fried potatoes and yes-always the popular waffle fries that you can order.

The line was almost through the door just last week, when Burger lovers flocked to try out the new place and owner Tim, made their circles, ensuring that the customers were as pleased with the place as it was.

Maybe the most emblematic? Their unique “Condiment Cow”, which allows customers to milk their sauce from udder- not a boring pump!
