A teenager was arrested after a girl was stabbed during an attempt to rob a business in Boise, according to a publication on the Sheriff of Ada County Sheriff.

MPs of Ada County County responded on Wednesday afternoon to a stabbing report in a business near Hazel Lake and five miles of roads, the Sheriff’s Service said. The girl was stabbed during an attempt at robbery and taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to the release.

The deputies searched the area and found a 15-year-old boy who tried to escape from officers, the Sheriff’s service said. He was arrested on suspicion of an attempt at robbery, aggravated battery and resistance and obstruction, the statement said.
