Two people were injured in firing in the center of St. Paul on Thursday night, according to authorities.
The metro police stated that the employees responded to a report on shots fired around 8:30 pm on the sidewalk near the 6th and Cedar streets.
No casualties were found at the scene, but later two people went out and said they were shot in the place.
One of the persons was found near the intersection of the University Avenue and Lexington Park, and the other victim was found in a hospital in the regions, according to police.
They both suffered injuries that are not life -threatening.
Police Department of the subway said on Friday that investigation into the incident and a search of the suspected shooter continued.
