At the back of the heavy rain of Storm Herminia, the racing program was interrupted this week, such as the Hereford card on Monday, Leicester’s meeting on Wednesday and competing at FFOS LAS on Thursday, has already canceled.
Cheptus Tuesday was ahead after a precautionary check, but the Exeter team made the early decision to attract stumps.
The exeter course official, Jason Losemore, said: “I think we had a total of 92 mm of rain from Friday and Sunday was probably the killer really because we had 40 mm on Sunday.
“We had another 16mm yesterday (Monday) and it is still raining here this morning. This morning we have had 6 mm so far and it is still raining and is predicted to stay wet today.
“Tomorrow (Wednesday) doesn’t look as bad as it was first to be irony of fate, but nevertheless is still predicted to be a wet day and there is no chance of improvement so that we will not be in a different position this time in the end This time this time tomorrow morning.
“This is not what we want, but unfortunately we have, unfortunately.”
The British horse cavalry body has already set temporary map plans for all the persecution in Sandown on Saturday.
The ESHER path will be subject to inspection at 8 am on Thursday, with the plan being implemented if the obstacle course is considered impossible. This will see three more competitions for added fences to make a six racing card.
If the meeting – which is to host the persecution of Scilly Islics on Scilly Novices – may continue, as initially planned with both pursuit races and obstacles, the three additional persecution will be abandoned.
