A dead body was found in the Irving Ave garage. at the University of Syracuse.

The deceased was not connected to the SU, according to the email. The Ministry of Public Safety of the SU responded to numerous reports of the dead organ, along with the Syracuse Police Department and the veterans police. The Irving Garage is located on the street from the Syracuse Medical Center VA.
