The clear sky and light winds will allow another frosty night around Western Washington with hard -to -freeze spots. The low at night will immerse themselves in the 20s. By the early morning, some spots of fog are possible. Every fog that develops will burn quite quickly.

We will closely monitor snow levels by the end of the week. Return to a more cool and humid model will start on Thursday night. Mountain Snow will increase from Friday and in the middle of next week with the possibility of light snow dust in the lowlands.
Snow levels are predicted to fall to nearly 500 ‘by Saturday night.
The dominant high -pressure comb that has kept our time dry over the last few weeks will move to the east, opening the door to a series of interference to swing through the increasing chances of rain. We will also see a more cold air funnel in the Puget Sound region, and on Saturday night and a little bigger chance at the beginning of next week will lead to a chance for Nizine rain/ snow and a little more chance at the beginning of Monday.
Change from our extended dry period with rain and snow return until Thursday night.
The best chance of Nizine snow seems to be Saturday or Sunday evening along and north of Snowhole County. This seems like a minor event at this point with a little to no effects. Perhaps some of the higher hills on and above the elevation 500 feet can see a short, light snow cover on the ground here and there. But honestly, it is too early to determine the time, amounts and the impact of any mixture of rain/snow in the lower hills for the next weekend.
The rainy weather returns to Seattle on this upcoming Friday.
