Topeka, Kan. (Wibw) – A man was arrested by the Topeca Police Department (TPD) after a search order on Monday, January 27.
According to a TPD press release, its Drug Department and the Special Drugs Group in Shawni Co served a search order in the 4000 Avenue SW Boswell Ave. The search order is related to a continuing investigation.
While the search order was conducted, employees claim to have found Met, fentanyl, marijuana, firearms and drugs. As a result, Stephen Harrison, 54 -year -old, was arrested and transported to Shawney Co’s adjustment department for the following:
- Distribution of fentanyl within 1000 feet of school
- Methamphetamine distribution within 1000 feet of school
- Distribution or possession with the intention of narcotic means within 1000 feet of school
- Marijuana
- Drug tax
- Criminal possession of a weapon by a criminal
- Possession
