Middleburg Communities has announced that it has provided construction funding for Mosby Barclay West, a class A housing community of 290 units in the fast -growing market in Wilmington’s Midtown, NC Development is a partnership for a joint venture with Eagle Realty Grou. The construction of Mosbi Bardai West will begin immediately.
The Mosby Barclay West will be positioned within the Barclay West Master Plan, which will include a complementary combination of residential, commercial and commercial applications with full construction.
