San Bernardino County, the sheriff’s CA investigators hope the public will help to achieve the safe restoration of a 27-year-old woman who disappeared a month ago in the internal empire.
El Shay Francis was last seen on December 28 in the area of Duffy Street and the 3rd Avenue in Muscoy, an unaccorpored community of San Bernardino County. She was spotted entering the late 1990s or early 2000s White Chevy with two doors a working truck with an unknown man before disappearing, according to the Sheriff Department of San Bernardino County.
This is still an “active case of a missing face,” Sheriff’s spokesman said on Monday.
Francis is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, with blond hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black leggings, black sandals and white socks, the Sheriffe Department reported.
According to a Facebook page, launched to help find Francis, the young woman was “involuntary detention” at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach when she was transferred from Orange County to Canyon Ridge’s behavioral health.
Francis was then “thrown away” by the authorities in Muscoy without money, without identification, without a phone and without medication, according to the page.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the Sheriff Department of San Bernardino County, Central Station, 909-387-3545. Reference Deputy #012402851.
