Trump’s supporter in Texas is confronted with a personal fall out of the executive order – news/conversations 790 kfyo

Here’s a story straight from the file “You can’t do these things”. John Basham, a supporter of Trump from Renault, Texas, learns first -hand about unwanted consequences. Basham, a former member of the City Council, is now praying with President Trump and Senator Ted Cruz on social media after leaving his family in a difficult place.

The problem? The recent freezing of President Trump’s federal hire. Basham’s wife was just hired as a nurse for the veteran department and the family was preparing to move from Fort Worth to Wako because of her dream work, working with disabled veterans. Then came the executive order and suddenly her job proposal was canceled. According to Basham, his wife was “in tears and inviolable” because of the situation.

Accepted in its X account, Basham writes: “After hiring Trump freezing eo, VA cancels her job offer! My wife is in tears and inconsolable and my family is devastated!” He claims that medical professionals at VA did not have to be affected by freezing and blamed the bureaucrats for misinterpreting the order.

“The bureaucrats are excessively applying EC to” hurt Trump, “he said, adding that he believed it was an unforeseen consequence of politics.

Hiring freezing, which was one of several executive orders Trump signed, after taking office, aims to optimize federal hiring. Although he releases some roles, such as military and immigration, it seems that Basham’s family has not made the reduction.

Ironically, only days earlier, Basham celebrated Trump’s relocation to send 160 National Security Council officials, calling them “deep government detainees”. He is now on social media asking for help from the same administration he supports.

Not surprisingly, the online reactions are mixed. A commentator summarized the irony, saying, “Why did we see this come and you don’t?”

Love him or hate him, Trump’s executive orders are shaking things in the Lone Star country! As for Basham, he hopes for a quick solution to what he calls a “devastating” mistake. Let’s see how this one plays.
