Fremont, California – if you are a prospective home buyer at Fremont who is looking to learn more about the process, this online seminar on February 8 may be exactly what you are looking for.
Echo Housing hosts a free seminar for the first time for home buyers from 9am to 5pm, where participants will learn how to create a budget, shop for loans, repair credit and find different types of mortgages.
Guests will also learn what to expect during the processes of the loan and Escrow.
The class is open to tenants living in Alamed, Costa or Monterey. Or to those who work in Livermore or Passon.
“This seminar will help you determine if you are ready for home ownership, how to choose a creditor and shop at a home, all about the cost of closing and how to be a successful homeowner,” according to Echo Housing.
The course also meets the requirements for education for the first time for HUD home buyers for federal, state and local home support programs. Those who want to receive a HUD certificate should attend this seminar and consultation session.
The registration deadline for this seminar is lunch on February 6th. Those with disabilities must contact Echo’s dwellings by January 31 in order to receive reasonable accommodation.
