BATON ROUGE, La. (FOX 44) — Texas A&M kept it close through the first three quarters, but couldn’t withstand the offensive firepower of No. 5 LSU, falling to the Tigers 64-51 on Sunday afternoon.

The Aggies continued to struggle in the third quarter, holding LSU to just 5-16 from the field as the Tigers took a six-point lead into the final frame.

However, the Tigers stepped up when it mattered most, scoring 11 of the game’s final 13 points to secure a comfortable lead and the bounce-back victory in the bayou.
