Coroner’s office asks for help identifying man found dead near Virginia Medical Center – News3LV

The Clark County Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man found dead near the Virginia Medical Center in North Las Vegas last month.

The elderly man was found in a desert area near Deer Springs Way and N. Palmer Street on Wednesday, Sept. 11, a Clark County news release said.

He is described as aged between 70 and 80, about 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, with white hair and bushy white eyebrows.

At the time, the man was wearing a black back brace, gray sweatpants, a gray t-shirt and black tennis shoes with a Velcro strap. He also had a yellow metal wedding ring, black-rimmed glasses, and a hat with an image of a ship and the insignia “USS MAHAN” and “DLG-11.”
