The Mayor of Miami Mayor has sent a photo of his intimate parts of a minor, according to a police report reported by Local 10 newsS

According to a report on the Miami Police Department, Rene Pedrosa is the subject of an investigation from the Special Victims Division.

The report alleges that 48-year-old Pedosa “asked (edited) a photo of the victim” on the night of January 19.

“The suspect also sent a photo of the victim’s penis,” he continues.

A 43-year-old woman and the child were reported to the alleged incident.

The report states that Pedrosa is “known” to the victim.

According to Miami Herald, Pedosa resigned on Tuesday as a mayor’s communications head.

Pedosa has not yet been officially charged.
