Clemson wins the 5th direct game, beat Virginia Tech 72-57 behind 16 points of Wiggins -live 5 news WCSC

Blossburg, Washington (AP) -chaUncey Wiggins made four 3-indicative and scored 16 points to lead four in a double figure and Clemson goes to 72-57 victory over Virginia Tech on Saturday night for his fifth direct victory.

Del Jones scored 13 points for Clemson (17-4, 9-1 ACC). Victor Lahin and Jaden Zaker added 11 points in number.

Virginia Tech, which lags 17 points lagging at the beginning of the second half, uses 16-3 run to download within 49-45 with the remaining 10:10, but did not approach.

Virginia Tech plays in Florida on Wednesday.

Clemson plays at NC State on Saturday.
