Amber Alert issued for a kidnapped boy from Virginia Beach, 12 – Virginian pilot

Virginia Beach – A signal for amber was issued as a police search for Juan Sebastian Meja Acevedo, 12 years old by Virginia Beach.

Aceveda is also believed to have been abducted in extreme danger, police said.

According to the notice of warning, Asevedo was abducted at 9am on Friday and was last seen in the 200 block of Avenue Mika in Virginia Beach. It is part of a large apartment complex in the area of ​​Campsville in the city, west of the Netherlands Road and south of the Interstate 264.

Acevedo is described by police as a 5-legged-8, 105-pound Spanish man with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue pants, a red hood and black shoes. He is believed to have been abducted by an unknown person.

Virginia Beach police said on Saturday that the employees were sent to Mika Avenue on Friday around 9:00 pm about a missing face report and that the parents of the missing child believe he was in a friend’s house.

As they were looking for, employees said the additional information causes them to deal with the case as abduction. During the investigation, employees filed a request for Amber warning to Virginia’s state police shortly after 2 o’clock in the morning the State Police examined it before issuing a signal early on Saturday morning.

Police are still investigating. The Virginia State Police and Virginia Beach police were in Cambria at the Cornerstone apartment complex on Saturday, where a police dog was seen smoking in the area, which was nestled between Boulevard I-264 and southern independence. Nearby is the Woodspring Suites Virginia Beach Hotel.
