Birmingham City are ‘known admirers’ of one of their former stars who could be on the move in the current transfer window.
Chris Davies’ side are top of the League One table and five points clear of the teams in the play-off places.

He is nearing full fitness after being hit by injury problems and is on the radar of a number of countries.
A move to St Andrews and top-flight side Birmingham could be a tempting proposition for the winger.
Redmond began his career at Birmingham, coming through the youth ranks before joining Norwich City.
The winger has never played football as low as Ligue 1, with nearly 300 Premier League games to his name.
