Austin Edwards is facing accusations of reckless driving at speed, a crime avoids fictional registration and illegal causing bodily injury.
Chesapeake, Washington-21-year-old man, is against allegations following a police chase, which ended in a Friday’s crash, Virginia’s state police said.
According to officials, the police tried to hold a routine trA factual stop at the Interstate 464 at about 8:45 am when Austin Jarret Edwards refused to stop and lead the police to persecute.
When Edwards exited the highway to Avenue Freeman, he lost control of his red Acura Tl, bounced off the road and crashed into a building, transferred the car to it.
He faces accusations of reckless driving at speed, crime avoids fictional registration and illegal causing bodily injuries.
Police said Edwards was taken to a regional hospital in Chesapike for the treatment of minor injuries.
He will be taken to prison in Chesapik after being released from the hospital.
