BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPRUD) — A man accused of attacking an 81-year-old man at a chapel Saturday night is wanted on several charges.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said William Joseph Breen III, 40, faces charges of aggravated battery, institutional vandalism, cruelty to patients, aggravated criminal damage to property and aggravated burglary.
According to police, Breen is accused of assaulting an 81-year-old disabled man at a local religious chapel on the night of November 2. Investigators said chairs, Breen’s knees and hands were used to strike the victim.
