ingredients:
- Cooked pasta (your choice)
- Cubed ham
- Linguini
- Shallot
- garlic
- Rosemary
- thyme
- Sweet peppers
- Tangerine
- Heavy cream
- Mama Rays Seasoning
- Hot honey
- Parmesan
- Chardonnay
Directions:
- In a sauce pan, add the shallots and garlic.
- When translucent, add the sweet peppers and ham.
- Deglaze with tangerine juice and wine.
- Reduce.
- Add the cream.
- Reduce.
- Add cheese and herbs.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles.
- Top with hot honey and more cheese.
