Is there any way I can access your content if I’m not a subscriber?
  • Non-subscribers will have access to limited content. The homepage of our online site, section fronts and advertising products will remain accessible to everyone, even without a subscription. Some content is for subscribers only. We will continue to sell single print editions of the newspaper in retail outlets.

Can I get home delivery?
  • Print delivery is only available within the newspaper distribution area. Based on your location, delivery of your newspaper may come via the US Postal Service and arrive at the same time as your post office.

Why has my subscription price increased?
  • If you are a new subscriber and started your subscription with a promotional price, your subscription price increases after the promotional period ends. If you’re a seasoned subscriber and your rate has gone up, we’ve sent you a notice of this change, but if you have any questions about it, please contact Customer Service (the phone number and hours are listed below).

What are the additional charges on my subscription statement?

What are premium editions?
  • Premium Editions are an additional section of your newspaper with 12 to 20 full-color pages of in-depth coverage of the topics most important to our subscribers. Premium editions are published to provide additional information and value. For more information about Premium Editions, please visit aboutyoursubscription.azcentral.com.

Can I get a refund for my subscription?
  • Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for the unused portion of a subscription that has been canceled before the end of the billing cycle. However, we reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion. If we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.

What if I don’t receive my paper?
  • We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Sometimes there are unexpected delays due to production issues or adverse weather conditions. We are constantly striving for perfection and we are sorry every time we disappoint you. If you have not received your newspaper, please report a delivery issue by visiting account.azcentral.com, chat online with an agent by clicking the link below, or call Customer Service (phone number and hours are listed below). How do I stop receiving holiday newspapers?
  • As a subscriber, you can schedule temporary holds by visiting account.azcentral.com, chatting online with an agent by clicking the link below, or calling Customer Service (phone number and hours are listed below). A temporary hold can be set up for up to 30 days through our automated system. The digital portion of your subscription will continue, so you’ll have full access to azcentral.com anytime, anywhere to keep up with the most important news.

How can I change my shipping address?

Why is my newspaper now delivered by the US Postal Service?
  • In some areas we have had ongoing challenges with newspaper delivery caused by various economic factors. In these cases, we partner with the local United States Postal Service. If you receive your print edition through the US Postal Service, your print edition will be delivered with your daily mail service. However, when postal delivery is not available, such as federally recognized holidays, your newspaper will be delivered the next day that postal delivery is available.
