Mesquite, Nev. — Deep Roots Harvest has acquired The Source, one of Nevada’s leading cannabis operators. The strategic acquisition includes a comprehensive portfolio of assets spanning retail, distribution and cultivation operations. With this acquisition, Deep Roots Harvest will operate four additional dispensary locations in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Pahrump. The acquisition strengthens Deep Roots Harvest’s market leadership in Nevada, allowing both companies to enhance product offerings, improve customer service and deepen their commitment to community engagement and philanthropy.

Under the agreement, Deep Roots Harvest acquired four dispensary locations along with two temporary dispensary licenses – one in Henderson and one in the city of Las Vegas along with a temporary salon license. In addition, Deep Roots acquired the Pahrump cultivation facility and Clark County distribution, cultivation and manufacturing licenses. Deep Roots will continue to operate the acquired retail properties under The Source brand. Growing, manufacturing and distribution operations will be consolidated and leveraged across both brands.

Deep Roots Harvest has continuously expanded its operations and facilities throughout its 10-year history of operation. With the completion of the acquisition of The Source, the company now has more than 400 employees nationwide. The addition of The Source operations makes Deep Roots Harvest one of the largest operators in the state.
